1. General

By placing an order with PrintMate UK, you agree to these terms. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.

2. Orders & Payment

All prices are in GBP and exclude VAT unless stated. Payment is required at the time of ordering. We accept major credit/debit cards via Stripe.

3. Artwork

Customers are responsible for ensuring artwork is print-ready. We offer free artwork checks but are not responsible for errors in customer-supplied artwork that has been approved.

4. Turnaround

Same-day orders must be placed before 12:00 noon. Turnaround times are estimates and begin once artwork is approved. We are not liable for delays outside our control.

5. Returns & Reprints

If your order doesn't meet our specified tolerances, we will reprint it free of charge. Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery/collection.

6. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the order. We are not responsible for consequential losses arising from printing errors or delays.
